Gluten-Free Chocolate Protein Energy Bites!
Karla's Chocolate Protein Energy Bites
Ingredients:
2 cups Cooked Quinoa
1 1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats/Granola
1/2 cup Fresh Ground Flax Seeds
6 oz (1/2 pkg) Raw Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 cup Raw Sugar
Almond Milk - Splashes for blending
Cook quinoa as directed
When finished cooking, add Quinoa to food processor/Ninja
Add Oats, Flax Seed, Chocolate Chips and Sugar
Blend until smooth
You may add some almond milk if it is too dry
Add mixture to bowl and blend in chopped walnuts by hand
Use small scooper to form into balls
Place in glass tray between wax paper
Refrigerate for 2 hours to set
